Why does Title not Show up in Windows XP properies

I have an mp4 file. I used metax to add the title to the file's tags.

When I reopen it in MetaX, I see that the changes I made were saved.

But, when I use Windows File Explorer, right click on the file and click Properties-Summary the title is still blank?

Can someone please explain what I am missing here?

In unregistered copy you can only tag 5 files.

Windows File Explorer can only display the tags embedded in some types of files that support them. Do you have any .mp4 files tagged by some other means where Windows File Explorer does display the title?
