Default Convert DVD to SD and HD

I have online tv channel and i have get over 50 DVD and now i try to convert this to MPEG2 files but when i convert i dont get fullscreen the video its like frame with black around the video. I have try iSkysoft, WinX DVD Ripper Platinum, Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate. I choice 720X576 but still its not fullscreen the video, the DVD is fullscreen. What is the best way to convert the DVD to MPEG2?

DVD's are already in mpeg2 format, it is just inside of those VOB files, so all you need is to "take them out" of those VOB's. There are programs like mpeg2VOB, PGCDemux, Avidemux(if you want to re-encodeit at the same time) etc....

bitrate of those files might range from around 2-3000 to 6000kbps and that might be too much for streaming though, so if you want to stream something you have to know at what bitrate and then you go from there ...

Hi thanks for your post, have you any links of program i can use to take out the VOB files and convert them to MPEG2. I have already try Avidemux but not work well that too.

If those DVD's are not yours, you bought them, you need to rip them first, using DVDFab , AnyDVD for example, or at least you have to have those programs running in the background so they decrypt it first.
