MPG sync problems in MediaPlayer, fine with DXR3 or PowerDVD

I ripped a music video from a DVD, encoded it with TMPEG, and when I play it in Mediaplayer, the sound is not in sync with the video. It seems that mediaplayer is playing the mpeg faster than the sound.

But when I use my DXR3 or PowerDVD it's perfect.

Any ideas?

Mediaplayer sucks.

Some videos I´ve tried to play with mediaplayer doesnt display anything. You can just hear the sound.

Other video files are displayed upsidedown.

Personally I use BsPlayer. Not only does it work properly, but it has support for both ac3 divx files and subtitles.
