MKV Smart Rendering with MKVCutter

Selecting the cut/cuts on keyframes, it works ok I assume that's direct stream copy.
Making non-keyframe cuts on the same source doesn't generate any output - no error message generated.
In the pane above the log, there's a single line, "MKVExtractor at 100" - if that's significant.
