How to put 20 M2TS in 1 BR disc + menu?

Hello,

I would like to know if possible how to put in a 25GB Blu ray disc,20 movie scenes (1GB each) and they are in M2TS form in my HDD.
I extcracted from some movies the best scenes and I want to contain them in 1 disc.
I used TS muxer spliter to cut the exact interesting parts and it was burnt as Data disc,it works fine but I watch an ennoying menu of my Denon player and I spent 2 minutes to select from a complicated menu the file I want.
Also even if I start the movie,for 2 seconds I hear only sound and then it comes the picture.


Can I put a simple-quick menu and even much better if when disc inserted,to watch in preview the starting image of each movie?
