    Some videos i downloaded they doesn't stretch to full screen with the converter i use. I choose Full Screen and 16.9 stretch and zoom. They have cube screen and black borders on left, right, up and down of the screen. What should i do to make it stretch video to full screen? It seems the video cannot be stretched maybe. I uploaded a part of such a video.

    Crop away the black borders before scaling.

    The video source is not 16x9, the video source aspect ratio is 4x3
    You can't fit a 4x3 video to a 16x9 screen without distorting the picture or cropping off the top and bottom of the frame
    that is not recommended
