everything is fine with reencoding but subtitles are not visible anywhere VLC and BLu Ray player


menu shows about 20 languages but none of them are working


how i can fix that?

Geez, you want to start over again and this time explain what-all you did?

What's the source? What did you use to decrypt? Did it work after decrypting? What program did you use to reencode? And you made sure to get the subs into that reencode?

If it's BD to BD, have you tried BD-Rebuilder yet?

original source subs are working but after reencode no sub

i will try dvdfab 9 reecode as alternative method and check if this is source fault.

original source is ~39GB rebuilder workd fine i am using always full disc encoding but this is 1st time ever when subtitles arent visible in any language.

dvdfab is doin nothing after 17% complete reencoding too just ideling

i also put manually put sustitles SRT and its working

What goes mediainfo say about the file?

its says 31gb file avc 23 PGS 7 audio streams 2:21 time

Can you post the actual mediainfo log? Can you post the BD_Rebuilder log also?

well BD Rebuilder i got only INF log i dont have reecoding log

but i am thinking bout 2 ways where 1 is already working


i mean 1st is manually replace subtitle by SRT and replace M2ts file and as i said its working

2nd redownload only movie file m2ts again and reencode again


but

when i was trying to encode using DVDFAB subtitles was visible [it was just 5Gb file ] but that tool was ideling @17% and stopped encoding
was trying also unknown BD Cloner 4 but it says error failed coded so deleted everything.

The movie is obviously pre-processed so anything could have gone wrong before you acquired it.

i am still undecided but at last i will try redownload main movie file again its 31GB and if last time reencode will b same [subtitles available but wont visible OSD] i will use mine own method adding from SRT.

anyway this is 1st time ever that i have something like this.
