Ok the other day I watched part of the Matrix trilogy again. One of a few things that bugged me about the first movie popped in my head again:

When Cypher (spelling?) meets with Agent Smith in the Matrix to offer Morpheus in exchange for being reinserted, how does he do it himself?

Presumably he is alone after he shares his moon shine with Neo. In all of the movies you always see somebody else jack and unjack the person from the Matrix.

How does he do this himself?

Also presumably they have security files but he must be able to erase them or overwrite them easily since his "name" is cypher.

Does anybody have a good faq site for the Matrix movies for random questions like this?

I do have it on bluray so I guess I should just watch that scene over again with each of the commentaries that are on the disc. One of them must make mention of this.

    Anyone have an answer?
