Hi all wonder if any one knows whats going on here!
I do a simple Rip from DVDFAB then convert with Handbrake to MP4 to backup DVDS.
So today i did an old dvd boxset and i lowered the quality as im really not that worried in this case to 24, apart from that everything was the same. When Handbrake finished i opened both files to have a look at quality and i noticed...there is a time differnece ! IE whats happening on the dvd at 2.00 min has happened already at 1.50 on my file? This goes right up to a 1minute 50 differnece by the end of the 22 min episode.
Only things are: DVDFAB has just been updated and the dvd is just one long file split into chapters for episodes (its an old cheap dvd!) when i open source in DVDFAB the chapeters seem out to what the original DVD is. So my question...where is part of it going? Will this be to do with framrate? Is DVDFAB at fault or me for doing something wrong.
Ive not watched a complete episode yet but it all seems there for most of it, just missing in time, i assume there may be some skips or stutters in the final file?
Just thought i would ask on the chance someone has come across it
Thanks all
