  1. I want to set up a site and have an SWF file on my webserver that constantly is getting its video data not from a video file, nor from a RTMP streamed video file, as JW Player can do. But rather it should be getting its video feed as a live stream from my USB webcam (via the VFW interface that most webcam software uses). This way if someone uses my website and browses to my webcam page, an SWF file loads in their browser that will show live footage from my webcam (if it can transmit live audio from my microphone as well, that would be even better). Are you aware of an SWF Flash file that has been designed for the sole purpose of allowing the website operator to broadcast his/her webcam to the website's users?

You must use some software that captures the webcam and stream the video to the flash swf page. You can't access the camera directly just using flash...or well you can but ONLY directly from the computer with the webcam.

Do you know of any SWF file that accepts streams from webcams, or the proper webcam server software that would be needed to stream to the SWF object?
