  1. because seems to me don't fin any decoder, is there a particular version of ffdshow that have mkv deconding?

  2. mkv is a container (it can hold different kinds of audio & video streams, subtitle streams plus other things)

    ffdshow is a decoder, but you need a splitter before the decoder recieves the stream(s)

    commonly used directshow mkv splitters are lav filters / lav splitter and haali media splitter
