Need Quick Help

I just converted Spy Kids with TMPGEnc and cut it
as much as I could to 1:21:50 Cannot cut anymore
from 1:28:48I (7 min of credits) cannot overburn on my cd-writer
Is there anything I can do to get that 1 min and 50 sec
off or downsize the mpg or multiplex or something to make it fit on a
80 min cdr
I have vcdeasy and nero
vdub and flaskmpg
Im only 1 min and 50 sec away
Im not trying to do it all over again at a lower bitrate or change any settings.
Could someone help?

what about cutting it short form the start .. as in the front credits can u shave anything off that ... if not the only thing i can suggest is missing 1 and 50 secs from the boring bits in the film lol sorry carnt help
