I can configure FFDshow so I can use "intel quick sync" but after press ok it disappear and compare "disable" the next time I open ffdshow
the same also on the other codecs
I have a Asus GT640 Graphics board, mainboard asus p5k premium, intel core duo q9650
Requires intel quicksync a particularry board?

 Requires particular Video cards or CPUs. Also, only works on AVC/h.264, VC-1 and MPEG2 streams (possibly in their native containers), so "MPEG2 in AVI", such as shown in your screencap, might not work.
 
 The real benefit of QuickSync is SPEED of ENCODING. If you are decoding, you not only aren't getting any benefit (because the standard libavcodec still decodes fine in realtime), but you are getting a quality hit (QuickSync gets some of its speed boost by using Rounded/Integer Math, in the same manner that other CPU-enhance encoding shortcuts also do, and this rounding comes with accompanying quality loss).
