I just upgraded my system to Windows 8.1 and now when I tired to use XVid4PSP, 5.10.033 I got error messages saying that the *.avi files were in a format that XVid4PSP couldn't preview. So I thought that I just had to re-install XVid4PSP and now that doesn't work. And versions 6.X and 7.X don't support hardcoding subtitles so I can't use them. Anyone else run into this and what did you do to fix it?

What happens when you install it?

The preview screen didn't work. So, I re-installed the codecs using the latest K-lite Mega package and now it works again. I'm glad I got it to work again but I really hate when you update one thing and it breaks something else.
