Is there a freeware program(s) other than MultiAVCHD, that can take individually ripped episodes from Blu-Ray discs, and accept them without re-encoding. A very simple menu to select the titles would ideal.

The program ideally should keep Forced Subtitles, and if possible, keep the original chapter timings.

    Thanks all for your suggestions.

  2. No, there isn't, AFAIK.
There is one but I think it recodes.
I have wished that some developer would get a project going like this.
It would come in handy in some situations, for instance, multiple dvd titles and captured HD digital tv.
Blu-ray format is unfriendly to end users for a lot of reasons.
The low and mid-priced editors/authoring progs. want to re-encode as well.

I may have to give it another try. I've used it in the past for other projects, but found it to not be very intuitive.
I'll look up some guides, and hopefully it will work out fine.

  7. That's good news...I have wondered why no devs have worked on simple authoring with blu-ray material before now.
I hope he can make it so it won't re-encode the material.

  8. I have a question. I have Star trek - The next generation on original Bluray discs, and i want to putt croatian subtitle in that episodes. I did it with tsMuxer, but hi's joined two episodes into one file, so that two episodes are become one file with 1:30:00 hrs lenght. I want two separate episodes with sub in them. Is it possible and how? Please reply me on electronicmaestro1@yahoo.com because i'm not here often. Thanks to everybody.
