    I doubt it.

    Your VCR will output a NTSC signal over its external connectors. These only work when you have a pure signal ie PAL vcr + PAL tape to connect to NTSC equipment.

    This tape must sure be important to you. Isn't there a dvd of it somewhere or even a service where you can get it converted ?

    Ah ok. No DVD I couldn't find. It has copy right so not sure if it can be converted.
