    It’s hard to believe that the downloads for the VOB2MPG application are not digitally singed. All files (including the zip file) should be digitally singed. I realize this is not a requirement but is just a very nice thing to have. I don't know about others but I don't install anything on my primary computers that is not digitally signed.


    I did however install the application on an isolated computer that I use for testing and I thought the application looked and work pretty descent. Note that I had to install the *full* version of the .Net framework 4 to get the VOB2MPG to work (.Net 4 client profile would not work). Also, I had to change the video preview type to "Type 1" because "Type 2" was generating an error.

    I haven't seen any free software that is digitally signed.

    And vob2mpg hasn't been updated for 3 years now.
