Problem with asfbin and asfjoin

Hello there.
I have problems with these two softwares because I need to join 13 .asf files in one single file (the files have same sizes and same characteristics)
I downloaded asfbin and installed asfjoin, then I copied the ''asfbin.exe'' file in asfjoin folder, but the program doesn't start! There's a message error that says ''asfcut.exe is not in asfbin directory, you need to install asfbin to use asfjoin''
How I can do this? To my knowledge asfbin is an .exe file so I can not install it!

I have it, but the resulting file has pauses and loops in the join points... (for example the last second of the first video is repeated at the beginning of the second one, right in the join point where the two files have been joined)
