Why not post the solution instead? It might help others who search for same problem.

Well, the solution was that I read the Sticky, and discovered the DVD Audio Extractor program. So I feel a little stupid after searching for three hours I got Extractor to work for the DTS DVD-A's, but when I rip a blu ray & try to drop the 40 gig .mts2 file in, it shuts down Extractor. Too big of file?. It worked for a smaller file that was in the BDMV/STREAM however.
