Problem With Audio Using FairUse Wizard

I have just ripped some episodes of Matlock from a DVD - 4 of the episodes are fine, the fifth has no sound. Any ideas as to why this would happen?

How do you rip/decrypt? AnyDVD, DVDFab, etc? Because fairuse wizard just converts.

Have you checked the converted video file with mediainfo? What does it say about the audio?


You could try convert the last episode with something else like autogk(if you want avi) or vidcoder (mp4/mkv).

I have an iso of a movie I downloaded. been trying to convert it to full scrren using fairuse wizard, but after the video in "transcoded" it stops after a minute or two of audio "transcoding" saying that it can't do this step. Do I have to convert the audio stream to something else, and, try to merge it with the video stream in order to get past this, or, what?
