FFplay part of ffmpeg does it
It is command line
Code:ffplay -x width of your screen in pixels -y height of your screen in pixels "full path of your file"
you need to first get to your folder containing ffplay in command prompt using cd commands -
I downloaded the 4k video and it plays fine on my laptop in MPC and MPC-HC. My laptop is an i3 and plays at full frame speed with MPC, but a little slower with MPC-HC.
I tried playing it on my Samsung 1080p tv via usb thumbdrive, unfortunately it complains about invalid resolution. It still looks good when I resized it down to 1080p however...........Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
