GOM Player How can I make GOM Player open every video with same defaults

I recently updates GOM to their current version 2.02 I think. With the old version I was able to set it so that whatever clip or video opened it would open with the same window size and aspect ratio. I don't seem to be able to do that with this update
I don't remember how I did it before but I believe I had to go into a cfg or ini file and hard edit it. I was running the old version on Win XP but now I have Win 7 Ultimate but cannot find where the "default settings" file is stored.
Anyone have any suggestons?

Sorry to bother you... Can you be more specific in your recommendation?The options that I am looking for... to open every file with the same, user defined, window size and aspect ratio ARE NOT in the preferences options in any way that I can find.
