I use TMPGEnc to convert from AVI to MPG, but when converting an avi with a resolution of 480x360, it converts the resolution to 352x240. This, when then burned to a VCD, crops the image.
I'm doing this by selecting the NTSC settings. It seems that the PAL setting of 352x288 would be more appropriate, however the PAL setting is only 25fps and that's no good either.
Once I select a setting, I cannot change anything in the settings (fps, resolution, etc.) Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?
I'm attempting to convert a full frame image.
