Yesterday, my little daughter had played with my Camcorder and deleted some files that had not been uploaded to the computer. I also have not used it since the deletion. So, is it possible for me to get back these deleted camcorder files? Do you have any suggestion? Help me, please!

Try different undelete software like recuva, http://www.piriform.com/recuva/features . If doesn't find anything try another undelete software.
If you receive some files you might have to repair it with for example mp4repair.org or video repair tool.
