Okay so I tried downloading a program called Eac3to and I used the command:
and for some weird reason it keeps saying I need the Nero 7 Blu-ray Plugin installed or something when I do have it activated...Code:C:\APPLICATIONS\eac3to327\eac3to.exe C:\Users\*******\Downloads\LOTG.aac C:\Users\*******\Downloads\output.aac -down2 -mixlfe
So maybe someone else can suggest another program for me to use to downmix 5.1 channel AAC audio to stereo without "perceivable" quality loss? or suggest a fix for my problem above?
Gosh what a pain to downmix one video's audio lol...

Try sticking neroAacEnc.exe in the eac3to folder.
By the way, AAC is a lossy format, so a better thread title may have been "Downmixing 5.1 Channel AAC Audio to Stereo w/o "perceivable" quality loss?
MeGUI's audio encoding section will convert to AAC while downmixing and normalising etc. No need to also encode video is you don't want to. (check neroAacEnc is also in MeGUI's eac3to subfolder).
TAudioConverter can to.
Foobar2000 will downmix and convert to AAC using neroAacEnc.
Lots of ways to do it if you prefer a GUI like I do.
