  1. I tried using CDRWIN to burn an SVCD but when loaded the disc, it read as an audio cd. I then concluded that the problem must have come from CDRWIN so i tried extracting the bin/cue-->mpg with the newest version of VCDgear. When it was complete, I burned it. This time it didn't pick up as an audio cd. Rather, the playback was really choppy and it was completely unwatchable. Someone suggested that the bitrates could have been too high, but my player can handle very high bitrates, so I don't think that was it.

  2. The most likely "problem" with CDRWin is that you used a crack or pirate serial number. CDRWin is very clever/sneaky about this...
