    Fileden closed down recently. So I am looking for another completely free file storage that uses hot linking. What I mean is that you just click on the link, and the Download Dialogue Box appears for downloading. (Not like Rapidshare, where you get directed to an ad website and have to hunt around for the download button.)
    Ok to have limitations on total storage and individual file size. I think fileden gave 1GB of total storage and 50MB limit for each file. (Which was fine for me.)

    Thank you for that useful information. All my fileden files are lost, no big deal. They send you a notice that they will shut down in a week, and to move your files, but the files were already deleted. Easy come easy go.
    Wait till they do that with yahoo and hotmail.
