    Hi,
I download a lot of animes and convert them to PSP format. It have always been fine except for .mkv files, they are just too troublesome xD. Video and audio is always fine but I'm having a lot of problems with subs. I use AVS video converter. Sometimes, depending on the video I dled, some of the subs are missing and sometimes, when two dialogs are supposed to appear at the same time, only the first one will appear, the second one wont appear until the first one ends. Ive also tried wondershare but its doing the same thing. Can someone help me on this?

Also, is it possible to somehow convert it into MP4 and the subs will appear just like theyre supposed to? Cuz you know, the subs appear using the converter's preset. I also tried PSPVideo9 but the subs were completely gone. PSPVC fails as well, subs are fine but the video itself is all black xD.

So yeah, this is my first post. I hope someone can help me get through this.
    Thanks!

tried it, once again when 2 dialogs must appear at the same time, only the first one appears.

Is there a way to burn the styled subs into the video so the subs will look good and thered would be no problems?

Here is an .srt file I extracted from one of the .mkv videos I'm having problems with subs. As you can see the first dialog (encircled w/ blue) stays until 4:11 and the ff. files (green, red) wont show up. Actually only the red one matters cuz blue and green are only sign translations.

Does it work in video players?

Burning subs isn't that simple as you may have noticed.

After searching for a while, I found a better way. The subs extracted from the .mkv file are .ass. I converted them to .srt using Vobsub's subremux but the .srt converting were one file at a time. So I searched for a converter that can convert multiple .ass files at the same time and I found APP2SRT, it worked well. And, I just noticed the resulting .srt files were slightly different. The sign translations are gone! xD While it may be better, it also has it's downside. It seems there'd be no sign translations, not that it matters much because those are easy to tell and isn't much important. Well, it's better than losing the dialogs. Anyways, thanks for your help.
