Hello to all! I hope you could help me out with this problem.

I'm adding a new audio track to a cartoon series, I'm using Dvd Decrypter to demux the files, I get a big file with all episodes in it (6 episodes in total) then I use DVDLAB PRO-2 for authoring (I put the new audio track, chapters etc)
Then I make a copy of the original DVD with DVD Shrink 3.2 (6.7 gb)

And here's where the problem comes, when I try to update the IFO file (I'm using IFO V0.78) I get this error message :The original IFO's PGC is not large enough to hold the new PGC.ABORTING

I've been reading a lot of this PGC problem, in the original DVD I have one VTS file and the IFO has 12 PGC in total as you can see in the following picture. But I couldn't find a solution, I still get the same message. The authored VTS has 1 PGC (the big file with the episodes) and the original VTS has 12 in total... I don't know if there's a way to update the IFO file, because I want to keep the original menus and all that stuff with the edited audio track.

    This is the IFOUPDATE screen:

    IFOUpdate Configuration.

    MODE: Standard

Thanks in advance! I hope you can help me with this, if you need any other details please let me know!

And this new audio track is for all the six episodes joined together?

Forget DVDLab and IFOEdit. That method was obsolete five years ago. The usual procedure after putting the entire DVD onto the hard drive is to:

    1. Demux (PGCDemux).
    2. Remux/Reauthor, adding in the additional audio track (Muxman).
    3. Stick the reauthored DVD back into the original, thus getting back the menus and anything else you wanted to keep (VobBlanker).

Baldrick has a guide. It's for adding subtitles to a DVD, but skip the subtitle part and pretend it's for adding an audio track to a DVD:

Thank you for replying! I will try this method right now, but do you think I'll get the same error message with the amount of chapters, PGC and all?

You'll be using different programs, but there's a good chance you'll be getting error messages. Since the source DVD had 12 PGCs and you seem to be trying to replace the whole thing at once then, yes, you'll always get error messages. You don't replace by VTS but by PGC (title).

Make sure to load the Celltimes.txt in Muxman (File->Import Chapter). Then you'll be sure to have the same number of chapters as the original PGC demuxed by PGCDemux. There's a very good chance, though, that you'll have to do the audio adding episode-by-episode (PGC-by-PGC). I haven't seen just how this DVD is structured yet, your pictures notwithstanding.

Omg! It worked!! I truly appreciate your time and dedication! I thought I'd never be able to get to know the problem. The DVD now has the new audio with the original menus and the process had no errors at all!!

    Thanks again!
