Convert Video to HD with AVC and MP42

Hi,
i am new to video conversion. I am xilisoft Video converter to convert the video and i am success with it. But the converted video is not working in my mobile which is Sony XPERIA E. But another video which is already HD is working. So i checked the difference using MediaInfo and found the that codec is is different. My converted video have codec is isom and the working video have mp42.
The information regarding the working video are the following (This is using media info)

hi,
i found that isom is not the issue. This is because of bit rate. I just trid with low bit rate and video size (480x320). Now video is working in my phone
