How to download swf video from Hostgator

I want to download this video:

I viewed the source and found a link to swf file:
http://cdn.hostgator.com/tutorials/cpanel/hgx3/logging-into-cpanel.swf

I downloaded this file but It seemed to be just a player instead of the video content.
I tried many tools like Orbit, VideoDownloader, VSO, RMTPDump... but none of them work.

Please help me to capture this video.

That tutorial is out of date anyway. The actual login screen is now quite different.

You can only log in to c-panel if you have a host-gator account and you would have been given the url to the login screen when you created your account.

I can not find an rtmp link using memory dump techniques. I have no idea how to download this video. The swf file is not the video, is it? And if it is how do you play it? It doesn't work in vlc and EVERYTHING works in vlc! I would love to learn how to get this video if someone knows.
