how do i get rtmpsrv to work?

I'd like to use rtmpsrv to verify a streaming video rtmp address on a website that ordinary doesn't detect it with RTMPdumphelper, so i tried using it on a stream where i know the host address for sure which is ustreamlivefs.fplive.net host on http://www.ustream.tv/channel/all-japan-surfing-championship or any ustream livestream. It works in RTMPdumphelper, but when i edit the host file with

127.0.0.1 ustreamlivefs.fplive.net

Start RTMPsrv and reload the video, nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

And for curiosity sake i would like to know if anyone else can grab this video. http://www.tvnutters.com/files/bbus.htm I can't even find a rtmp address anymore for it using memory dump techniques. I would atleast like to know what kind of protection they are using.
