Hello i have a problem. I have an mpeg clip that i tried to burn. When i burned it and put it on the tv screen the picture was moving up and down the whole time. So i figured that when it was converted to an mpeg it was converted into pal format. i use nero and when given the option i choose burn in ntsc since i live in the us. But i believe that it has to be recoded into ntsc, am i correct? also when i tried to convert a certian avi into i get an error while i'am using virtual dub at the end saying that it could not be un packed. im not to sure on what to do there. one more quickie when i tried to convert the mpeg in question to another mpeg but in ntsc form using panasonic encoder it just hangs on less than a minute for ever and never finishes, so im not to sure on what to do from there. If i use virtual dub on that mpg and then try to encode it it jacks the original size of the mpeg up to around 800 and some even though when i started out it was only like 592 megs. I wont be able to burn the 800 meg file using nero will i? all that i have is 700 meg cd's. thanks for any help.
