Ive run across a couple of files that have me stumped........this is the
easiest to explain..........I have a file that is roughly 60mb, when I load it
its in PAL format 25fps noninterlaced (the other is), so I change the
setting for NTSC and lowest possible res. (orig. 344x288) after change
(352x240), do whatever little touchups I can to remove blocks, noise bla
bla bla, like I said its only a 60mb file but it takes 2 1/2 hours to convert
and the file size comes out around 300mb. 2 things Ive noticed the time
length of the clip is around 14mins and good quality, and when I load it in
TMPGenc 2.53.35.130 I get about 140000 frames witch sounds right with
the file size after I encode. But how did they get the avi file so small?
What technique is this called and how or what do I do with them? I know
a few small filters couldnt add all them extra frames.
