well i am unable to convert recordings from my digital set up box....
it converts each recordings to 5 files.....

i used many vidoes convertes like any video converter,total video converter etc
i also tried to for customer contact..that said that video files is encrypted so its not easy to convert it
and they also said that they have reported this issue to development team that will try to figure it out soon...
but can any one help....i need solution as fast as possible...
