I'm trying to extract the subtitles and fonts from one mkv file, and the video and audio streams from another mkv file, and merge them together. I'm using mkvtoolnix-unicode-6.3.0-1 and MKVExtractGUI-2.2.2.9 to extracts the video, audio or subtitle streams without problems. However, the font files never appear in the output directory.
I'm checking the boxes next to the font files but they're simply not being extracted. Any ideas as to why this this isn't working and what I can do to solve the problem?
Thanks for any advice you can offer.

You can try the mkvcleaver , or original mkvextract
Another method instead of extracting , is to merge the video & audio into the mkv file with the subs , uncheckmark the original audio & video using mkvtoolnix -
mkvcleaver works great and extracts the fonts without problems. Thanks a lot for the help.
There must be some sort of bug in MKVExtractGUI that's preventing it from extracting fonts. -
MKVExtractGUI-2 hasn't been updated in a while, unfortunately, and it's had issues with more recent versions of mkvtoolnix before, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, now.
