I'm trying to view my MJPEG webcam streams on a second monitor, but the software that views them needs to be completely borderless. Because in Windows 8, you cannot change the windows border colors, and they default to bright white/gray when a window is unselected, which makes it hard to see my webcam streams at night when they are dark.

    - VLC has a "minimal" mode, but it still leaves windows borders and a title.
    - VLC does technically also have a borderless mode, but you must manually enter in the video size and location, you cannot simply drag/resize the video with the mouse, which is no good for me, because sometimes I only have 2 webcams, sometimes I have 4 running, so I will constantly need to be able to resize and move them.
    - MPC-HC has exactly what I want, but it doesn't view MJPG streams. It just gets stuck at "Opening..." (if anyone knows how to get MJPEG streams working in MPC-HC, that's exactly what I want!)
    - iSpy has a "grid view" feature, but it still has borders and a window title
    - KMPlayer gets stuck at "Opening..."
    - PotPlayer gets stuck at "Opening..."

Surely there has got to be a way to do this! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You can drag/resize with freeware AltDrag http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yw1i2FBAss

  3. Use a player that supports skins and create a black skin.
