    I need a program that can take ASS/SRT subtitles and burn it in the my (x264) Mkv video and ALLOW playback, I try using handbrake and VidCoder it works but it don't allow playback

    Try xvid4psp 5 or avidemux.

    Xvid4PSP might be easier to use. It's my preferred program for doing hard subs.
