How do I make my videos as smooth as IGN?

Okay so I recently got a capture card for my Xbox 360. I record at 60fps, and render them into 30fps using camtasia studio 8. What I don't get is why my video, and basically everyone elses on youtube, is choppy while IGN's videos are extremely smooth even at 30fps.

Can someone show me how to get such smooth 30fps video that IGN manages to get?

It looks like they added frame blending when converting to 30 FPS . Not sure if camtasia's editor can do it, but any NLE can do it
