Hi.
I have the firmware 1105 and even with new 1107.4...
Why some mkv files it plays to my ue42f5500 with NO synchronized audio and picture(Lip-sync) before and after pass the movie file from mkvtoolnix 6.3.0 it still has the same lip-sync issue.
Can i do something to change that?
This is the characteristics of the movie file BEFORE i pass it with mkvtoolnix 6.3.0

I don't believe that all mkv files I mention details has a lot of reference frames for TV.
And why one too much older model of TV the le40c653 it okay all the files with no problem;
Even it has one core cpu and this one has dual core cpu.
And if it is the reference frames how I can change hat to lower reference frames; -
In what way is the A/V sync off? Is it off by the same amount through the whole video? Does it start out in sync and progressively get more and more out of sync? What happens if you fast forward or rewind? Is sync restored for a while?
In any case, TVs don't make good media players. If you want reliable playback of media files you should get a standalone media player. They're much more flexible and reliable. -
It start and play normal the mkv file but if i seek any time code it became the lip-sync issue.
Some times when the video is play sudden it begin the lip-sync issue.
No if i fast-forward the lip-sync some times it fix some other don't
I don't have problem to buy a standalone media player but all the media players it worth until 50 euro it isn't enough.
media players like wd tv live 2011. -
Usually you should know what you have used to create that "movie files".
You didn't??
So, re-read the forum rules.*** Now that you have read me, do some other things. *** -

One more time even movies I MAKE/RIP FROM ORIGINAL BLURAY DISC MOVIE I OWN it doesn't play correctly so.....
-
It could be
1. The number of ref frames is too high
2. The video bitrate is too high
3. The 6 ch AC3 audio (need to reduce channels and or bitrate)
In any case your player seems to be choking on input.
