When I open the DVD in StaxRip it missed some frames. The movie is 96 min long and in StaxRip (or any other tool I used) it only shows 55 min. So when encode is done the movie works up to 55 min then its just adio the rest 41 minutes.
Total frames on the movie is: 144475 and in the cmd window when I encode it says frames: 82792
In the avs script it says 144475 frames. Have demuxed video and audio and tryed to encode them but got same problem. Tryed to mux it to mpeg but still wont work.
Any idea on whats wrong?

I guess you need to learn how to use these tools properly. If the movie is 144475 frames then you should get 144475 frames in the encode.
But we are not magicians. We do not know ypu exact work-flow. If you care to enlighten us with that, there could be an error than you have simnply over-looked -
You say your source is a dvd. If this is a commercially made dvd, what did you use to break encryption and rip the movie?
It might be a bad rip.
