I converted a 6.3GB movie down to 4.3GB to fit on a single DVD-R (using CCE 2.5SP). But now I have this single huge file (4.5GB with audio) that I need to split into 1GB *.VOB files. How do I get the 4.5GB split into 1GB chunks? I tried to convert individual .VOBs and re-mux the audio into each one, but when played with PowerDVD using the "Play Media Files" option, there is a noticeable gap when it changes from one .MPG file to the next that DOESN'T happen when two .VOBs are played like this. Also, the navigation information seems to have been lost... I can no longer use the PowerDVD slider to select where I want to view the file (I have to use "FF" to scan through the movie). Is there something that I can use to split this files and re-create the navigation information (I am guessing that the header needs to be updated).
