    Windows 7.
An XviD avi file imported into Graphedit is showing two decoders (the same when the graph is generated in AvsToDVD).
Doesn't seem to affect anything, but wonder why.
Can I/should I disable the Windows decoders.

This is probably because you have "raw video" and "Audio/uncompressed/raw" in FFDShow enabled.
I believe AVStoDVD does this to enable it's preview function. You could always disable if you wish.

I set them both to disabled which dropped the ffdshow codecs - preview still worked.

To get ffdshow back , I downloaded/ran Win7DSFilterTweaker and set xvid (32 bit) and mp3 to ffdshow.
Reset raw audio/video back to 'all' - preview still works..
    Thank's for the hints.
