    I got a 10bit mkv video and there a 10sec ad and I want to remove it,I try Avidemux 2.6 (32-bit) but it didn't work didn't read 10bit encoding

    Tried mkvmergegui? Under global and splitting and timecodes.

    Join them with same tool, under input add the first clip and then append the other. Last mux to a new file.

    The ad is in the middle of the video so I slip them in to two part one of the part have a ad and the other one don't and if I join them is the samething.

    Cut it into 3 pieces, a,b,c . Let's say "b" is the advertisement. Join a and c.
