Hello all,
I am creating box set covers for every season of Doctor Who from 1963 because the range of classic series DVDs is coming to a close. I just thought it'd free up shelf space, and I'll happily share them on here when done.
I have found an ideal case to hold the seasons:

I can, however, find no information on the inlay size!
Any advice?

What do you mean with "inlay" ? Place for some cover inlays?
Thereīs no place for some printed stuff.
This case holds two disks, one either side as you open the case, commonly called, Face to Face and the other 8 disks in 4 trays
Outside itīs just Standard, as any DVD Box. Well, just more fat -

But if you are trying to fit a standard dvd cover in this then no way would in stretch to the edge. A standard cover is IIRC 15/16 mm on the edge so you would have to design a bespoke cover at 33 mm at the edge.
