  1. hi all new to this site and don't no were to ask help for this, ive got a Samsung BD-D5500 and been using Convert X to DVD for my films but lately when I try to watch a film it comes up with this....


    playback stopped. the content being is protected by civavia and is not authorised forplayback on this device. for more info, see www.cinavia.cm.message code 1.

    ive had my player for about a year now and its not came up with this befor

    can anyone help me out?

    Another fine product of the failed educational system of the English speaking world. Damn, does ANY country that speaks English give a crap any more about education? It's "know where" not "no were".

    Cinavia is used to protect some BluRays and a few DVDs from copying. Your Samsung player respects Cinavia. There's no way to get rid of Cinavia so merely ripping and converting preserves it and your player refuses to play such files.

    At least you didn't try to pretend you were a woman to get help here. That one always amuses me. But as Baldrick says, people here don't mind to help so you don't have to play the "I'm a lowly newbie" card.
