    I don't know of ANYTHING that can give you "embedded multiple subtitles" without a ton of manual work by you to combine subtitles into a single file. And Handbrake has a very bad reputation for dealing with subtitles anyway (Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. Not much you can do if it doesn't.).
