Hello I have a xXx movie trailer in the divx format and its about 10megs in size. I am trying to convert it to a vcd and still keep the size around 10megs.

Anyway I do it, the final size it 14.9megs. I tried using constant,variable,2pass bitrates at a 700 bitrate and I set the audio to 128kbits. After all this the size is still 14.9 megs.

Is it possible for me to create a descent watchble vcd around 10megs?
