  1. How can i fix "no usable fontconfig configuration file found,using fallback." issue?

  2. This normally happens if either no fontconfig configuration file exists or the file that exists is too old.
    ffmpeg/libass will then revert to some internal fallback values.
    Where ffmpeg will look for the fontconfig configuration file depends on the build configuration.
    Typical locations and how a fontconfig configuration file should look like are mentioned at: http://www.freedesktop.org/software/fontconfig/fontconfig-user.html
