  3. You could look up "delogo". It's a filter specifically for use with VirtualDub. (Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if one exists that can be used directly with an Avisynth script or if the VDub delogo filter can be used.)

But if you're expecting something easy, I'm afraid you'll be disappointed.

Anyway, good luck and welcome to the forum.

  6. If you have ffdshow installed and you can open the video using DirectShowSource, ffdshow has a logoaway filter. I've not used it much myself but with ffdshow decoding the video you can play around with the logo removal filter in real time using a GUI. It might be a lot easier than trying to manually add the logo removal to a script. Whether it works as well, I don't know.

To open a video via DirectShow with MeGUI, open the AVS Script Creator from the Tools menu and select a video as the video input. MeGUI should ask you how you want to open it. DirectShow should be an option unless the video is an AVI. If it's an AVI you can remux it as an MKV using one of the muxers under the Tools menu, then open the MKV instead.

There is no direct script. Is the logo see-through or opaque? In what position is it located? How large is it? Is it on all or part of the time? The settings depend on the answers to these questions. You don't just add in a filter and then forget about it. It has be tweaked for the logo. Here, begin experimenting with these:

    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/External_filters#Logo_Removal

For more help please provide a sample of the video, one with a black section that covers the logo for part of the time (like a fade-out). Black scenes are often important for setting up logos.
